County Road 83 Dashwood Urban Reconstruction - Phase 2 Wrap Up

Project Details and Background

The County of Huron, in partnership with the Municipality of Bluewater and Municipality of South Huron, is Wrapping up Phase 2 of the Reconstruction of County Road 83 (Dashwood Road) Final Construction of Phase 2 started on April 27th, 2026. The project area includes County Road 83 through Dashwood, Centre Street east to the East Urban Limits.

Phase 1 of the County Road 83 (Dashwood Road) Reconstruction project was completed in 2024 by Van Bree Enterprises.

Construction of Phase 2 Wrap Up was completed July 3rd 2026.

Minor Deficiency work and project cleanup is ongoing and is anticipated to be completed by July 31st 2026.
