This is the deadline for proposal submissions for April/May programming. This time it is definitely a soft deadline because this is a new system. If you have april/may programming ideas after this date, we can still work on them
April/May programming approval or changes proposed by this date
If you have proposed a program, this is the date you will hear back from us about it. It will either be approved outright, or changes will be suggested.
Deadline to provide any requested communications information or documents for April/May programming
Part of the approval process is deciding the communications strategy for upcoming programming. You may be requested to provide a blurb explaining the program or (if you agree to it) providing a first draft for an event poster. We request that they are provided a week after the approval deadline.
