A survey to help us continue to zero in on priority areas from the Employee Engagement Survey.

  • In an effort to continue to encourage staff to share honestly about where we need to make changes, please complete this survey by January 5th.

    Our individual team discussions will include:

    • Review of these survey results
    • Brief discussion of areas of challenge (to understand but not dwell on the past)
    • General comments/questions
    • Brainstorming potential actions
    • Dotmocracy to decide preferred options

    Results will be consolidated amongst the teams to create an action plan for the department
