Background

County Council and senior staff participated in a multi-day strategic planning session, facilitated by Gord McIntosh Consulting, in May 2023. Throughout the session, Council identified a variety of priorities and then, using a systematic approach, focused the information to create a list of twelve strategic priorities and six values.

One of the twelve priorities identified by County Council is a Service Level Review. Led by the CAO, this review will be undertaken in 2023. A project Terms of Reference has been developed.

Instructions

Please complete one survey for every program area of your department. For some departments, this means multiple entries for the equivalent of one submission per program.
